Reservations, Security Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We take reservations up to one year in advance by phone or email. After your reservation has been confirmed with a credit card by park management, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

We charge a $50.00 Security Deposit up front to "Guarantee" your reservation. This deposit will be credited to your stay charges. In the event you need to CANCEL your reservations, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation by email. If we receive a minimum of 72 hours cancellation notice, your security deposit will be refunded in full. If we receive less than 72 hours cancellation notice, you will forfeit your security deposit in full with no refunds.

RV Spaces: (Rates are based on 3 occupants & 1 tow vehicle)
* 3 month minimum stay required when booking during January through April time period

*Above rates include Water, Sewer, Trash, and WIFI. Daily & Weekly rates include Electric. 
*All of the above rates do not include 11.5% tax.
*All stays < 30 days are subject to City & State transient taxes.

Extra Charges:

Pet fees (max 2) = $2.00/day, $10.00/wk, $25.00/mo. per pet
Additional Vehicles (max 2)= $ 4.00/day, $15.00 wk, $50.00/mo. per vehicle.

Additional occupants (max 6)= $4.00/day, $20.00 wk, $50.00/mo. per occupant.

Reservation Cancellation Fees = One night stay ($50.00) will be charged to your card for any cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the reservation arrival date!! No Exceptions!!

Holiday rates = 20% increase in daily rate only and a 2-night minimum stay is required.
Holiday rates apply to the following holidays: NYE, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.

Club Discounts: Sorry, due to an extremely low vacancy at this property we do not accept any “Club Discounts” at this time.
